Assessments

At Building Stability Psychology, Michelle offers Cognitive, Psychoeducational and ADHD assessments (subject to capacity and availability).

The Assessment Process

For all assessments at Building Stability Psychology, an initial intake assessment will be required, where comprehensive background information is gathered to gain a holistic view of the individual. The next step is the testing session.

The time will vary depending on the assessment, but can be up to 3 hours. Michelle will then score and interpret assessment data and complete a comprehensive report.

Psychometrics including self-report measures will be sent to you for completion at home and Michelle may also recommend that collateral information is obtained (for example, from a partner or parent) to aid in the assessment. Michelle will provide you with information regarding this during your intake assessment.

Following this a feedback session will occur to discuss the assessment results and report in detail.
